All flag orders received are processed for shipping the next working day. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We use the most appropriate method of shipping to ensure you receive your order quickly. Shipping is charged according to the total weight of goods ordered. A flat-rate shipping charge applies to all Australian flag orders placed via our online shop. Please check the product description for details of size, weight, colour etc. Please choose carefully, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us for directions. Defective items must be returned with original packaging. We will then replace the item with the same item ordered. A refund will only be offered if that item is out of stock.
All flagpole orders attract an average lead-time of two weeks from receipt of your order unless otherwise stated. If you would prefer to collect your order in person, please contact our office to arrange a time as our office and showroom are not always attended.
